Anita Jeram - A Dogs Life
Anita Jeram is a British artist, who grew up in Portsmouth and has been drawing since she was very little. Her passion for drawing meant that she would be sketching away at every opportunity she got, on any scrap of paper and even in books themselves. From these delightful prints you can see Anita Jerams obvious affection for animals. One of Anita’s ambitions was to be a zoo keeper or vet, however it was drawing that took her to university to complete an illustration course. While studying illustration, Anita Jeram was introduced to Walker books who signed her up before she had completed her degree and from then on she has been magically illustrating stories and bringing them to live in picture form.
